No NBA game is without a little drama, often ranging from anything between fun moments to narrowly escaped injuries. Sometimes, it’s LeBron James crashing into courtside while trying to save a ball. Thankfully, David Harbours–who was right in the line of fire–escaped without any serious injury.
The Los Angeles Lakers played against the New Orleans Pelicans in their last game, welcoming Anthony Davis back on the court. James himself had been sidelined for two games due to his sprained ankle.

During the third quarter of the game, Herb Jones ended up blocking James‘ shot. While trying to get back the ball, James ended up losing his balance and toppled onto people watching. Actor David Harbour was directly in front of James, getting hit as James fell. Thankfully, no lasting injury occurred to either James or Harbour.

LeBron just kneed David Harbour in the chest while diving into the front row and trying to save a ball near the Lakers' bench. It was wild, but I've seen stranger things.

That being said, the Lakers ended up losing 114-111 to the Pelicans. While fans joked about Harbour’s incident, they did point out yet another Lakers loss.

This also makes it a five-game losing streak for the Lakers, who are currently placed 11th in the Western Conference. If their losing streak continues, they won’t be able to clinch a play-in tournament spot either.
If the Lakers are indeed eliminated, this will be the fourth NBA playoffs James will miss.
