Good news to all Lando Norris fans as he reveals that he’s fully…
Lando Norris has revealed that he has now fully recovered from suffering from tonsillitis and that he is raring to go this weekend at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
The Briton was very much under the weather at the Spanish Grand Prix a few weeks ago, with him suffering from the illness in what were scorching hot conditions.
Indeed, he had to be excused from media engagements after the race in Barcelona given how ill he felt after the chequered flag – though he still incredibly managed to score points – and with Monaco just a week later he still had some symptoms and discomfort at the Grand Prix in Monte Carlo, though he was at least on the mend.
Now, though, he is fully recovered and surely looking forward to tacking round eight of the championship without any issues.
Speaking to McLaren’s media team in their pre-race preview, Lando said:
Good news to all Lando Norris fans as he reveals that he’s fully…
“I’m excited to be heading to Baku.
“It’s cool to be at another street circuit and last year’s race showed that anything can happen.
“It will be great to see what we can do in the new cars around this unique circuit. I’ve finished in the points both times I’ve raced at this track so hopefully I can keep that up and get some more points for the team this year.
