Stephen Curry fires warning at NBA, says he isn’t going to take it easy with…
Stephen Curry isn’t in any mood to take it easy in his career just yet.
Stephen Curry is the reigning Finals MVP and still the best shooter in the game in his 14th season in the NBA. Curry is 34, but he is still playing at an insane level; he has kept himself in stellar shape during the latter half of his career. Steph’s game isn’t predicated on his physical attributes too much, either, so he can expect to stay effective on the court for a long time to come.
Stephen Curry has been on fire to start this season as well. He is still following an incredible plan to help him shoot better than anyone else in the league and make it look easy as well. Curry recently torched the best team in the NBA, the Boston Celtics, and has sparked debate about whether he should be in the MVP race or not. And the scariest part of all this for other NBA teams is that he doesn’t look ready to stop anytime soon.

The way the Golden State Warriors play is built around Curry’s fantastic shooting, and as such, he is the central cog in the latest dynasty in the NBA. The Western Conference would love to see the back of Curry whenever he does call it quits, but that’s not looking like it’s due to happen. Steph revealed that he thinks he can keep going for a while to come.
Steph Curry was asked at the Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year Awards how long he thinks he can play, his response: “I don’t see myself slowing down any time soon.” At 34-years-old, Curry is averaging 30ppg while shooting 50/43/91 #dubnation pic.twitter.com/TjclHXNNzR

To put into perspective just how good Curry is at the moment, he is averaging just 0.1 points and 0.02% effective field goal percentage less than he did during the season he won the unanimous MVP. He is playing as well as he ever has, and as long as the Golden State Warriors can figure themselves out, is more than capable of carrying them in the playoffs once again.

Draymond Green has already spoken about how he doesn’t consider any of the teams in the Western Conference as a concerning threat. If Curry can stay healthy and continue operating at this level, Golden State might end up going to a few more NBA Finals in the coming seasons.
