The city of Malaga is in luck, and it is that it will be able to count on a Rafa Nadal club that will also mean the creation of the first sports facilities linked to the image of the Majorcan tennis player in Spain beyond the Balearic Islands.
This has been announced by EFE after consulting the real estate developer Sierra Blanca, responsible for the project. A brand assignment agreement signed by an entity linked to the tennis player will allow this Marbella promoter to build and operate said space, the first of its kind beyond the Rafael Nadal Academy in Manacor, the athlete’s hometown.
Initially, the idea is to locate the project in the Parque Litoral area of Malaga, on a 33,000-square-meter plot located next to the Martín Carpena Sports Palace. A dream location, already linked to the world of sport, where the future Rafa Nadal Club of Málaga will be established as a sports complex very similar to that of Mallorca.
